Who can forget the
devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina and how she rattled
the lives of so many persons living in and around New Orleans,
Louisiana. In April of 2006, a crew of 11 MCCers traveled to
New Orleans for one purpose, to lend a hand and ReBuild,
RePair, ReNew this

great city. We were
met with the open arms of members and friends of MCCGNO (MCC
of Greater New Orleans) and helped members of their
congregation make a fresh start. It was truly a life changing
experience and we are long overdue to return and continue the
work, as there is still MUCH to do!
